Can I take the civil service exam in Japan?
Sure. According to the relevant provisions of the China Civil Servant Law, there was no threshold for international students to apply. As long as one was a China citizen and met the basic conditions such as age, political quality, and academic qualifications (such as being under 35 years old, having good political quality and moral quality, and having a bachelor's degree or above), one could register for the domestic civil service examination. However, some civil servant positions had specific requirements for their majors. If their majors did not meet the recruitment requirements, they might be restricted from applying for certain positions. If their majors were highly compatible with their positions, their overseas study experience might become an additional point when applying for a job. Moreover, studying abroad to obtain a master's or doctor's degree was also an advantage in some positions that had higher requirements for academic qualifications. The foreign language level improved by studying abroad was also an additional point for some civil servant positions that required foreign language ability. In addition, after studying abroad and returning to China, one needed to have their foreign academic qualifications and degree certificates certified to ensure their equality in the domestic education system. Only by passing the academic qualifications and degree certification of the Ministry of Education could their academic qualifications be recognized by the civil service examination. They also needed to go through the return procedures, academic qualifications certification, household registration migration, etc. in accordance with the relevant regulations. Read more exciting novels for free
A gentleman is harmonious but different.
A gentleman could maintain a harmonious atmosphere with his surroundings, but he had his own independent views on things and did not blindly agree with them. " Outstanding " meant outstanding and extraordinary. A gentleman's "harmony but difference" reflected a kind of tolerance and independent thinking quality. This quality allowed a gentleman to live in harmony with others in a group without losing himself because of the pursuit of unity. Because a gentleman had independent thoughts and opinions, his opinions and actions were often different from the norm, thus showing his outstanding characteristics. This kind of uniqueness was not intentional, but stemmed from the principles he adhered to and his ability to think independently. While maintaining his uniqueness, he could coexist harmoniously with others.
