Corner shade
Corner sunshades were used in buildings and cars. In the aspect of construction, there is a flexible corner transmission device for the external shade curtain, which is aimed at the problem of the rigid hand lever drive of the traditional building external shade curtain.(such as long transmission line, many parts, high cost, high transmission noise, difficult installation of universal joints and small corner range, etc.). Its structure includes a steel wire flexible shaft, one end is connected to the transmission shaft that can drive the external shade curtain through a shaft clutch, and the other end is connected to a hollow shaft installed with a pulling belt wheel after passing through the outer wall of the building. The hand pulling belt wound on the pulling belt wheel is connected to the pulling belt box. The middle section of the steel wire flexible shaft is circular, and the two ends are square or hexagonal. In the aspect of cars, the patent for the sun shade component applied by Great Wall Machinery includes a guide track and a reversing component. The guide track is located on the sunroof of the vehicle to guide the sun shade to cover the sunroof. The reversing component is located at the end of the guide track and has a horizontal guiding state.(guiding the free end of the shade curtain into the guiding track) and the vertical guiding state (Guide the free end of the sun shade to leave the guide track and enter the default projection area). This design allows the sun shade to shade the sunroof and also vertically extend to achieve the projection effect. It may be applied to the needs of the car corner shade. However, there is no specific mention of more detailed design specifically for the car corner sun shade.(For example, the side windows of the second and third rows of seats and the corners of the body structure, etc.) The installation of the sun shade needed to consider the hanging method, the design of the lifting handle, the light transmission and other factors. For example, the cheaper the car, the longer the lifting handle may be, and the more expensive the car may be, but it is inconvenient to use it if it is too short. It may also require two-handed operation, and the cost of different hanging structures is different. While waiting for the TV series, he could also read the exciting content related to this site!
