Why can't I read first-person novels at all?

First-person novels usually describe the author's own experiences and feelings. This kind of narration may make the reader feel that they lack empathy or trust. In addition, the perspective of first-person novels was often more singular, unable to show the emotions and experiences of others, which would make readers feel limited. Therefore, for some readers, first-person novels might not be very friendly.
