Na I doubt it. They share a close bond due to surviving through harsh circumstances, and his mother sacrificed a lot to provide for him. Now he feels it's his duty to pay her back for that and he isn't afraid or embarrassed to show his mother affe affection in front of others but so far there is no signs of it being sexual.

However, there is a possibility it could happen as they are very close and affectionate. It's clear he loves her more than anything and the world and believes she is the most beautiful.
