Nah, That's not the MC, it's the previous body owner's sister in law. and In Chinese culture the sister in law is also the brother in law's wife (I think?) Also the brothers are both dead. So if there was a cuck, it would be his brother.... and if at all he was the one, it would be the body's previous owner (but still, it's his brother that got C**ed, not him). Also he's too weak to fight back if at all it was him. I think the Author should've tried to explain that part to the readers in the author note, at least.
