Needs a lot of editing. The names of the characters assigned to who was speaking or involved are mixed-up hence it was confusing to read. There are quite a lot of plot holes that needs fixing too. This is not a review per se but could be considered as one or a comment requesting for Henyee Translations Team to edit their work well. They do such a good job after all . ❌【 Su Family Names】: Su Ping, Su Bin, Su Qing, Su Cheng… these brothers are confusing to read when they appear. The Translator or the author kept using Su Bin for Su Ping. Sometimes there’s a Su Liang for Su Qing. ❌ 【Chapter 150】: Who got stabbed? It was initially Qin Silong but then became Su Ping. How did he get there? It was just said that he witnessed the fight? He did not even join the fight!

❌ Pronouns usage. Su Qing is male but he was kept on being referred to as SHE. ❌ English Usage: Why use Old English Language? I felt like was reading some books for term paper writing for English Literature Class discussing classical works. So awkward and hard to read. This must be Henyee Translations worst work! The translator assigned to this must be doing a thesis paper or an essay paper for his/her English Class.[img=disgusted][img=proud][img=thinking][img=Smug]

She then became Equal Wife in the other chapters. This woman was married to Old Marquis Su a year after his marriage to Old Madam Lin, the True Madam of Marquis’s Mansion. She murdered Madam Lin and became the Wife after being promoted.

Seriously … this English Syntax made me feel like I ate a lemon or sour mango. Made me wince while reading… I think this use of English Language in this book started around Chapter 200 or as early as late 100s… CHAPTER 231: “Entertain no thoughts about what rightfully belongs to us. Unless your cognitive faculties fail you utterly!” “Recall your past transgressions. We shall not bestow our treasures upon strangers!” “Persist in tormenting grandma, and I shall not hesitate to lodge a formal complaint of elderly maltreatment with the authorities!” “Do not doubt my resolve. If disbelief persists, put it to the test!” Upon this firm rebuttal, Qian Dashan and his kin departed from Su Bin’s abode.
