I love the novel version of this story (The Prime Minister’s Darling) and enjoyed reading this just as much. It’s a shame that it’s incomplete because it’s faithful to the novel and the art is lovely. The manhua covers to when Gu Changqin enters the story and then ends to be marked complete. If you haven’t read the novel then this is only around chapter 124 and has a long way to go so it may not be worth your time. If you have read the novel, this is a lovely supplemental that’s full of all the adventures, humour, and relationships in Gu Jiao’s new life.
