I'm not a critic and am quite interested in reading the intro chapter to your book. Yet because I've been a professional proofreader, I must tell you of a typo in the opening paragraph. I'm certain you meant to use the word "lush" NOT "lash" to describe the vegetation in the scene. Hope you'll consider this friendly clarification not criticism. Thank you. Now...
