Review Detail of Empty_Dream in Final Genesis

It looks like a story of a disaster on planet earth, far in the future. In other words, apocalypse. Survivors don’t seem to have many choices but to do anything to stay alive. It’s hard to tell a friend from a foe. What kind of doom is the writer trying to picture here?
