He will be op from the beginning , what's the point of him reincarnating as cumber if he have to train to get more powers.i don't want to make this fanfic like hundred chapters just because of his training. This fanfic is about saving multiverse from reincarnators not some type where god drop person in it . and watch him get stronger for entertainment.

Hmm, alright Author but if he's OP from the beginning would he still be able to get stronger, or is he stuck at Cumbers power level... Cause, Goku still beat him after all so if he met Broly then you could already expect what kind of beating he will get cause the longer Broly fights the stronger he gets so I just wanted to know if he can still be beaten to grow stronger or not?? to inform you broly power level is 12 septillions jiren is 12 ,5 septillions goku is same in mui as jiren or little stronger while cumber is 12,2 septillions. this power levels are in almost all power level videos that i have watched and believe me i have watched dozens of them or even hundreds so I'm going to use this system. while he will get stronger in experience I'm going to make him.have power that will negate all egergies like chakra,magic and curse but not ki while physical strength of saitama will be exactly like that was shown in anime while i dont believe in his limitless strength because it wasn't confirmed, so for fans of one punch man if you believe in this theory think saitama is nerfed,

so at best saitama will have power level of 500 000 in my fanfic. And I'm dragon ball fan after all

Yeah, I know. Cumber could only go till ssj3 cause he probably didn't know of higher transformations so if he had known then I'm sure he would have won EZ. (Cumber with mui would definitely roast Goku lol)
