I don't like how passive MC character is and the hospital staff act like they're in high school. They gossip too much. The lack of maturity in this novel is not very appealing to read. It would have been bearable if the MC wasn't spineless

LIKEAs a male surgical nurse in a huge hospital in the US I can tell you that this vibe of everyone's maturity is on a high school level when there isn't an emergency is 100% realistic. Hence why **** takes 4 plus hours to get a basic treatment at hospitals....also not just a US vibe I've done volunteer work with some docs in South American/African countries its the same maturity level. TBH doctors tend to have more spine than this MC though I agree with you there.
Thanks for you perspective! I'm surprised to hear that. But I still have to agree with CocoaButter that it not very appealing to read. Even if something somewhat resembles reality, it does not necessarily make it good writing.

100% agree there, I’m hoping whenever it gets picked up things change

Swear i'm not stalking. Came on to check this out and saw you on here. lol
KageMugen:MC spineless hmmm... so if you can't explain where you got your sudden rise in ability you start antagonizing your superiors in the first week you got it... I think it is much more believable for him to lay low and slowly rise...
