I'm sorry for writing a review without even reading the thing, but the most important part is to first make a decent description. Please for the love of god fix the grammar in the description or no one will give it a try.

decent description? do you mean that the description is too long? what part do you mean to fix? please give more detail explanation

I very clearly said nothing about the length, that part is fine. The thing I took issue with is the grammar of the description, it's filled with incorrect words. It's a huge turn off.

But I still read it and so did others . She has scope for improvement yes , at the end of the day it’s still her first work . I think you need to provide your opinion in a better man or for the love of god you will hurt a lot of people even if you meant it in a good way .

While, yes there will be people who read it despite the flaw that really bugged me, it's constructive criticism.

I get what you mean and what your intentions were However my point is that someone who has shared their work for some time , your words no one will read it , might seem harsh . I understand how bugging it can be but I just wanted to say we should be careful with our words as some people can’t handle it that well

The writing in the book is pretty bad too for a novel that takes a long time to update. I'm pretty sure they have a long, long time editing the chapters, yeah?

It just serves as a warning for people like me who get bothered by such things. Helps us from getting more disappointed after reading the book

It just serves as a warning for people who get bothered or doesn't really like books like this. There is a room for improvement but as of now? It just saves us from wasting our time and getting really disappointed after reading the book and seeing that

Sure , but my words weren’t asking her not to comment . I’m no one to tell her that , just that her words “ no one will try it “ was harsh for a new writer and those words were unnecessary . My point was for constructive criticism .

Sure , read it or you don’t read it . None of my business nor do I care - just that this comment was in the midst of a global pandemic where mental health is hitting an all time low and bitter words hurt . So if you want to keep that in mind , great and if you don’t want to keep it in mind - that’s just fine . It’s your choice .

The hell does pandemic have to do with anything? Y'all seriously running out of excuses to make that you just go in with random stuff thinking that it'll evoke something that'd cause us to say "Omg that's so correct"

I think you are forgetting 2 things . Basic decency and the fact how to read . It wasn’t written for you but fir her . Did I tell her not to write her comment ? No . I told her I understand what she is written but she should not write “ NO ONE WILL TRY IT “ . Do you understand basic english ? You don’t try it - okay . Does that mean no one is trying it ? No . This review helped you great . Did I say anything that was meant for you ? You wanted to give your two bits - go ahead . What has the pandemic do with this ? It’s clearly you not understanding that quarantine for some people is an unhealthy environment - shows your myopic and sheltered point of view - oh so well .

I don’t care whether it was correct for you or not . Did I say I want to be correct - no . What I told her was simple hard facts . She said no one will try it - well no **** . Clearly people have read it . Is that clear enough for you ? I told her yes she is right - the grammar isn’t the best . Read the whole damn thing . Did I tell her not to write that ? No . It’s not even about you saying OMG so correct , it’s about the fact that you can’t read the entire whole comment someone has written . Also , it’s so damn sad someone has to bring the damn pandemic . No the pandemic isn’t the issue here - it’s the fact that her opinion talks about an audience she knows nothing about . You aren’t an entire audience , you are just a single person and even if 99% of the people think like you , guess what ? That doesn’t make it right . So she is no one to say no one will read it . You can’t say something nice , fine . You want to say something mean , say it . Your choice . But talk sense , can you ? Is that too much to ask ? The basic decency where someone is writing a new book and she can say a lot of people will not appreciate the book due to its sentence structure . The person who commented didn’t have an issue with what I said - if her review helped you- great .

I don’t need excuses for anything . I literally don’t even know when this is for - I was simply asking her to say it in a better manner as her words can be discouraging to an author in any situation . The pandemic amplified a situation for a whole lot of people . It doesn’t matter whether you found me right or wrong - why do I need to give you excuses for anything ? I was trying to tell you what I was talking about since you clearly came out of nowhere saying stuff which I really didn’t understand how it had a correlation to what i said . Basic courtesy made me reply . But what in the ever loving world has given you this fantastical misconception that any virtual stranger can give two hoots about you - so much so that they bother to give you an “excuse” and care about what you say and that omg so correct . Do you even understand what an excuse is and in what context it’s used ?

liufenlei
liufenleiLv14

Why would I care to evoke anything in a virtual stranger ??? I disagreed with what I said and voiced that , just the way you didn’t understand what was happening here and voiced what ever you wanted to say . However if you really want to say about generalising a statement with your “ Y’all “ , atleast understand the entire thing happening . Also do you seriously think the pandemic has nothing to do with everything happening right now ? The fact that I have the time to answer to your whimsical nonsense has all to do with the pandemic .

_eunwa:The hell does pandemic have to do with anything? Y'all seriously running out of excuses to make that you just go in with random stuff thinking that it'll evoke something that'd cause us to say "Omg that's so correct"

Woah , i read it again to understand what you were talking on and I think you clearly didn’t read what I said . I said your words “ no one will read it “ was harsh for a new author and I agree with what you said otherwise . Get it ? Tell her to improve in a manner which is constructive , not in a manner which makes her stop wanting to write . This has been said by her further in the authors notes in the story , which was why I said it . Was I telling her not to write ? No . The description and the grammar is a problem - which is just fine . “ no one will read it “ - did that help you ? Did that form the basis for your opinion ? Was that clear enough for you ?

Caught in a whirlwind of deception, passion, and power plays, Delilah grapples with their growing feelings. As their con deepens, she must confront the ultimate question: Can she open her heart to love and trust again? ****Exerpt**** Delilah’s eyes darted to the marriage certificate again, the official seal glaring back at her. Her fingers itched to tear it apart, to make this nightmare disappear. But deep down, she knew that wouldn’t change anything. “I don’t remember,” she whispered, more to herself than to him. “I don’t remember any of it.” Blake nodded as if he had expected this reaction. “That is expected. You had a lot to drink last night.” he fished out a phone from the back pocket of his trousers, opened it. “Here, this is us celebrating, after we got married last night,” he said, showing her a picture. Delilah’s breath caught in her throat as she stared at the photo. It was indeed her. “How?” she whispered, her voice barely audible. “I don’t remember any of this.” “It was a wild night,” he said softly. Perhaps she had married Blake because he was wealthy. That would be the only logical reason for her to make such a blunder. There was hope, she thought, as she clung to the possibility of salvaging something from this disaster. Turning to him, she forced a smile, “Is this your house? Are we in your house?” She asked, looking around the bedroom. Blake shook his head, “No. This is a hotel,” he said, and she nodded. “I see. It looks like quite an expensive hotel,” she observed, “What do you do for a living?” she asked, trying to keep her voice steady as she searched his eyes for any hint of affluence. Blake hesitated, his confident demeanor faltering for the first time. He looked away, rubbing the back of his neck. “I’m... in between jobs,” he stuttered, avoiding her gaze. Delilah’s heart sank, disappointment crashing over her like a wave. “In between jobs?” she echoed, her voice tinged with disbelief. Blake seemed to sense her dismay. “I know it doesn’t sound great,” he said quickly, trying to reassure her. “But I’m working on a few things. I just need a little more time.” “You’re jobless,” she muttered to herself as reality sunk in. “How did you pay for this room? For the wedding bands?” She asked, and he winced. “I didn’t. You did,” he said, and she collapsed on the bed. (PS: Cover photo isn’t mine. Credit to the real owner)
