and another thing. even if monolith is indeed stronger, why would they throw the potential of having an ally to not anger their enemy. He either loss or be a bigger loser. he loss way less if he agrees and loss more if he did what you said. just as Ren said, he would be a demented person for him to refuse.

Also remove the "son" part. It does not sound natural. Mother don't call their child as "son"(I never heard someone call their child son). They usually call them by their nickname(like sweety or baby) or their actual name.
