Removing Batman's mask bat ears could be considered semantics but a completely distinctive feature of the DC universe where Batman is involved. Same thing with the conjuration school of magic and Daedra summons.

I just started reading the story, and so far it seems to be quite interesting. Basically, if you enjoy the darkness, blood, and some foreboding-type vibes then this story may be for you. Definitely not a type of story to expect that slice-of-life wholesome feeling. However, that survival vibe may attract you survival story maniacs. Finally that Japanese aesthetic is cool I approve! I love using Japanese names for certain beings like vampires with their own spin. Oh, one more thing, I love the cover!
