Say now you throw a ball at a wall, the ball will exert a force on the wall (action force). The wall exerts an equal and opposite force on the ball (reaction force), causing it to bounce back (deflection). Isaac could coat himself in his energy (create something similar to gojo’s infinity) which acts as the wall and any incoming attack, be it a sword or a bullet or even a bolt of lightning, it will bounce back.

That’s what Newton’s third law of motion states 🙃
