Titaniums only main quality compared to steel in general is its roughly 45% lighter and has better heat resistance.Titanium also wears down faster. Titanium has a tensile strength of ~950 MPa (megapascals), Carbon Steel (mild steel): ~400–550 MPa and High-Strength Steel (e.g. AISI 4340): Up to ~1,800 MPa. For reinforced structures superalloys are the best like Aermet 100 and MARAGING Steel. Also the fabrication technique of the walls, special mixture of concrete, reinforcing meshes, etc... It is honestly boring when titanium is used as fantasy metal.
