You can’t exactly regenerate if all your cells were destroyed, hell perfect cell couldn’t regenerate when he got vaporized by gohan And no demon has so far shown such a feat, so in this story if a demon is too weak to shrug of fire and has slow regeneration it can be killed with fire.

That’s true, but that’s just a starving demon who’s skin and bones, it obviously won’t have the same level of regeneration as the twelve moons. So yeah, while fire will not typically work, against the weaker ones it will.
