I think the chapter is focused on just the aftermath interaction following the meeting. I was trying to find a repeating paragraph but couldn't, so I'm guessing you meant the theme or something else. I never saw myself as some great author tbh; just enjoying myself. I really take it as a compliment you even see me as an author, even if it's a mediocre one. Also, didn't you comment on the book being too cliche but now sound pissed it's not a cliche system book...? Lastly, it's just how I wanted it to be. it's a system that brought the MC from the dead twice; it's not an angel. It did so with intentions and all it cares about is to have those intentions fulfilled.

The paragraph literally agrees with you. It blatantly states that Lucas doesn't want to leave the store until he gets stronger. However, that has nothing to do with the system. There's a comment in this same chapter that mentions it. The system isn't designed to be the MC's best buddy; there was the foreshadowing in the synopsis page.

If you read latter chapters, you'll find out MC is in the backwater part of galaxy. Even in developed countries, there are places without internet access or good medical facilities. Same logic.
