And there is nothing that say "Oh, it's not allowed to regain memories at 18 years old even when he reborn as baby and remember all that now!" Just grow up, dude. It's only mentioned he regained his past life memories a day before graduation. Description and inner monologue is different. And it's clearly mentioned in that paragraph that 'transmigration itself is strange, even if he's not reborn as a baby.' If you don't like my writing style, just don't read it.
