After being sucked into watching the Netflix live action series twice, I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to the author for this joy you are sharing. And to the translator(s) who worked to allow at least a little of the nuance come through for us English-speaker/readers. One of the great things is while I may not normally be drawn to the subject matter of gaming, the author makes you care - gives you access to all the things which make you want to be there yourself. Thank you for such an amazing work - I am thrilled to be able to read it firsthand after enjoying it so thoroughly in a different medium. And it does not disappoint.

I really appreciate the nuanced explanation. While I regret not speaking/understanding another language, I am aware there are many things I miss, even when things are being translated. This secondly helps :)

I appreciated the story - a concise one which was not drawn out, but still embroidered with nuance and detail. Thank you for working with the shorter story model in mind - definitely worth exploring further!

Starting off strong. Grabs the imagination and keeps on rolling.

A unique twist on the rejected mate theme, it’s engaging and pulls you in from the start .

While a familiar story line, it is handled and written well, adding nuance and freshness.

Not really sure what “World Background” entails, but the remainder of the book definitely drags you in.

Not a new idea, but strong characters right off the bat, with a defined story line.

Nothing is perfect. And as this is currently on hiatus, I can’t speak to the updating stability of it. However, the story line is relatively unique with a variety of twists which keep the plot moving and interesting.
