It was worse than Super Boy since he used only around 5% Kryptonian compared to Super Boy's 50%. They couldn't fly, or use laser vision, or a tactile aura, but they made it up for it with numbers.

The interesting thing was since the three Kryptonian clones had souls, it stood to reason the new clones he was making did have souls as well. When he saw that, he set up so the cloning facility would place a magical imprint of his magic on each clone's soul.
