He was very attached to the canon of the original series, having Itadori and others as companions. That bothered many readers but it didn't bother me personally.

There is something that always goes wrong in this type of novels and that is the development of the protagonist in his own world along with everything that surrounds him. I hope that this novel develops more the life of the protagonist himself along with his simulations.

This is a good story, much better than the previous version that was deleted. So far so good, nothing to criticize.
