Why are no updates showing?

Duplicate of an existing novel called ‘Surgery Godfather’ here on the app

Really enjoyed reading but it’s been a month since the last update! Currently at 675 I believe and it feels like author is trying to end things early. Wishing for more ASAP. I really like how he ignores the system a bit and looks down on it in the beginning and works hard for his initial skills. Also appreciates he’s not in a relationship until super late 650+ chapters
