Primordials of the same world generally have roughly the same power at birth, but this power varies greatly from one planet to another due to (Oops, I can't tell you more without spoiling certain future events I'm already writing). Furthermore, there is a way for primordials to become even stronger, something the primordials of Era only discovered after the invasion, unlike the others.
