100% agree and it has convinced me to drop this now, MC is being ridiculous. Sympathy of Alicent just doesn’t make sense, she knows what she’s doing

The hightowers are a cancer to Westeros and will destroy the MCs family and instead of stopping it he’s instead having a tea party with the girl who is the cause of any real problem, without Alicent then Otto has nothing to be ambitious for, he has one daughter.
