Mystic Humans will be able to use all three sets simultaneously. They just won't have the passive that causes them to be active without rest. They'll rest and behave like usual (unless they use Skills to consciously control the three sets to act in order, which can never be achieved passively.) The three sets can give them better control over their Partial Transformations, which is a significant boon for them. As for refining the Billakin into a Treasure, it'll give a restrictive MTOW result (not worth the effort since they could achieve something through their Ewworm build naturally)

If RZ already exists, then the second one will remain at Gold grade. They can't become another rz body due to difference in experience (and even natures, depending on their builds)

Major Treasure is basically a Transcendent, so that's not possible for Brood Mother.
