I must confess that initially, I wasn't very interested in books with a focus on comedy, and I only thought about reading the first few chapters to pass the time. However, this book really hooked me after a few chapters. The story centers around the mental evolution of a protagonist who, at one point, was a classic bloodthirsty villain, a type commonly seen in many literary works. He had his reasons for becoming that way, but it's clear that nothing justifies his past actions. In the end, comedy became just a light element that doesn't compromise the narrative development. As the story progresses, the character begins to connect with others and learns to trust, realizing that he doesn't have to face everything alone. Of course, there's also room for romance, but it develops slowly. In the end, I suggest giving the free chapters a try, as they set the tone for the rest of the story. However, it's in the third volume that things start to evolve toward a narrative more focused on action and adventure, which, personally, is something I appreciate more.
So far, the plot has been interesting and entertaining, and the female protagonists are being carefully developed. For those who appreciate an extremely powerful protagonist, capable of quickly solving problems, along with a cultivation harem, this story is highly recommended.
