An interesting concept wasted on a terrible translation and supporting characters. The machine just butchers a bunch of the titles and the supporting characters are all horrible people but we’re supposed to like some of them because they’re related to the mc. I honestly think the cliche of an orphan mc would have been an improvement in this case.
You get more with a kind word and a gun then you do with just a kind word.
Great opening for nearly 300 chapters. The mc has real impactful streangths and weaknesses and is working to improve themselves. However, the writer eventually falls into the cliche of invisible mc that nobody can detect. Then the previously careful interesting mc becomes a reckless moron protected only by plot armor.
Wow. Officially lost all respect for the author. Had real high expectations but this whole arc is just one lazy cliche after another.
I love how the mc actually has a weakness that they compensate for in a way that doesn’t really get rid of the weakness but minimizes it by using something that they’re already strong in.
Great development of characters that really makes them feel real even in an unreal world. A bunch of the progression is measured and not the ridiculous stuff you see all to often as easy outs. A great bedrock for an interesting story. However, this makes the instances where things suddenly take an unreasonable turn in the mc’s favor stand out even more. I want to recommend this but I really can’t.
I’m so tired of the mc always having an overpowered ability to hide. It’s just a sign of lazy writing.
The mc constantly has everything go his way. He uses the same trick every time yet it always works. It’s just lazy writing. The mc also is constantly trying to make himself feel like he’s a good guy while doing despicable things. He’s just not likable.
The author has no idea what he’s doing. There are just too many inconsistencies to really get invested. The mc is constantly trying to justify their power and actions to make themselves seem less hollow but their actions speak louder. There’s a feeling of potential in a bunch of the characters but they keep doing weird nonsensical things to move the story forward for the mc.
