I'm assuming you mean by beginning of Danmachi when bell adventure starts(I'm not well versed in the lore so I'm planning to do a bit of research before i start typing) it will probably start 20 ish years before the main plot begins with most being expository chapter of learning stuff, and aging so he isn't a little squirt.

i think haruhime is a decent choice my main issue is how to deal with gods. I feel like i will probably do something with freyja since there is a world tree in norse myhtology. for hestia im a bit more hesitent as i still do want to follow the same path as the story to a certain degree, if i mess with her it gets kind of wacky and this is just a fun hobby that in want to get into(not saying that i dont want to mess with the story that's literally the point of a fan fic I myself feel it would just not fit with what im already playing around with)
