get some scifi body part to replace it, since if you go for hard scifi, you could probably give him an arm with a matter Disentegrator, a weapon from xeelee sequence that shot a the big bang at you, a pistol that can destroy a star, and many more insanely broken stuff if you know hard scifi, like orion's arm and xeelee sequence and the 3 body problem dual vector that cause a dimensional collapse turning 3d to 2d and killing all lifeforms that require 3d space to live

it's basically like privilege you get for being high level elite, since he's no longer a high level player but a newbie lvl 1 he got stripped of his privilege
