No I just came online today after studying the whole time. Sigh I just don't have time to write any new chapters so please bear with me for a few months since my final exams would be helding then and once I am done with it I will resume to post chapters.

Yup as per treaty dragons aren't allowed to fight this was the restriction all species set on dragons to ensure the balance of power.
