I have to say I absolutely love the side character's disposition. None of the tedious tropes of seeking revenge for losing in a match or denying reality. They're just like, "wow, he really is that strong." A perfectly reasonable response to the situation. Even the guy that got slapped down in class and got depressed didn't become some villain. He realized how strong his classmate was and that he'd rather have that person as a friend and leader. So refreshing.

Seems like the system is too broken. I am interested to see if the author makes him a middle school god or if there are any limitations added it all. It doesn't seem reasonable that the cost to upgrade to the basic level and the master level are exactly the same.

Wooo Erica. Now time to start recruiting some sisters.

I love the character development for Joshua. I think this will really move him from a flat side character into someone with depth that has his own story to tell. Just this chapter alone gave so much flavor to his character. Great work.

I really wish I could find out if this story has a plot. I'd be happy to write a better review, and I'd love to keep reading if it has a plot or any kind of purpose. I read 20 chapters, and it's like it started in the middle of a transmigration book about cultivation with a system that tells the mc where everything is at. There is no explanation of the system or the world or the main character. It just starts off with him finding a pet character and goes on to essentially be a cultivation SoL story. Let me know if there is more to it, and I'm happy to update this.

I'm waiting for him to grow up and become a little more human in that regard. He needs some rewards for all his hard work.

Classic MC. "I'm afraid the people around me aren't strong enough." proceeds to hide all knowledge of how to get stronger to unnecessarily hide how he got the information.

and the MC dies by going into a place too far above his level. story over, thank you for coming. At least that would be it except for the stupid plot armor by authors of these books. I'll never understand the point of creating a leveling system if you're going to immediately break it.
