Overall, I think this has great potential. From what I've read, it's not quite there yet, but it is still very good compared to the average. The characters and story development are good, but I feel it is going too quickly and is hard to grasp. The story and background also feel barebones and are only there for the plot. A more in-depth exposition would do a lot of good for the beginning. Taking a little more time and descriptiveness would help the pacing and overall quality.

Thank you for your input. I've also noticed that when editing. I think I'll try to add more characterization, but my editing is slow, so I might not get to it until later. As for the magic system, I didn't want a system or interface because it felt boring, but I also wanted a system of magic in place. I might change some details in my editing or add more later, but it's meant to be a generic magic.

I get the Arifureta vibe, but for more information, I don't think this is similar to Arifureta. It's not a total isekai, first of all, and second, dungeons aren't that big of a part of the story. The first Arc, which is now completed, is more kingdom builder than anything else. As for romance, that comes much, much later.

The story is very good, but feels like a back piece. The characters are very nicely done and the writing is great. I do think the f word is used a bit too much, other expletives would do better in some situations. The world building is also good, very show not tell. The only complaint is that the story isn't that apparent at the beginning.

Even then, most cities aren't too noticeable when compared to medieval worlds. The pollution is mostly invisible.

I highly doubt that. Cities were absolutely filthy, and hygiene practically didn't exist.
