This arc has been dragging on for months. This was another useless chapter with zero plot progress. I usually don't mind chapters like this because it helps with the immersion. But when the updates are so irregular and long, it just annoys me. I don't want another one of my favorite fanfics to get dropped.

Yeah no shit. Did he forget that he's a pirate and that the WG would do everything in order to kill him and weaken him, including killing his closest people? And letting the strongest enemies live due to his arrogance is what brought this forward.

Probably sol because he was the only one with a proper backstory. Enigma was just a prideful fool. The first guy was the classic evil pirate who thought the weak deserved to die. Sol was delusional due to childhood trauma.
