its mentioned in the books. The exact line. "House-elves magic is different than wizards"... how? too vague. its like a house-elf can do whatever plot demanded.

There really isn't much known about Harry Potter's House-elves for me to work with them, to be honest. A strong teleportation is all I can squeeze out of these House-Elves, but that's not something unique to them. And not too relevant on a Multiverse Scale, unless its growth type, which wouldn't make sense.
