Yes, it has 133 chapters right now, BUT only 98 chapters can be bought/read without bying privileged chapters (locked ones for those, who can't wait and want even more). And yes, it is updated every day with a chapter to unlock + 2 privileged chapters for future chapter bank. According to original plan, Volume 1 will be translated and unlocked from privilege completely somewhere in May.
