By that same metric wouldn't it be the same with Stan? Mamono are capable of self control. Its just that to combat the Order they promote freedom in all aspects so self control isn't promoted especially when converting other humans. Otherwise its a skill that needs to be learned and so certain Mamono take a 'lady in the streets, freak in the sheets' approach with their desires.
