The next morning Alex woke up and decided to go eat a thing he had seen when he was exploring the reef next to astera , a jellyfish. Now to most people this was an odd target but Alex remembered that jellyfish on earth had a number of frankly over powered traits such as the fact that some of them were technically immortal. Alex wasn't hoping for this type of trait however since the way it worked would probably force him to revert back to an infant over and over again forcefully , not matter how you look at it that would suck.

"Rejected! nope! none of that!' Alex vehemently denied the trait that he actually generated and much to his surprise the system listened as the trait and it's requirements vanished from it. The reason Alex rejected that trait was that bones were part of the reason animals could do the things they could as well as the fact that bones literally kept most animals from being blob monsters. The mere implication that Alex would be getting rid of his bones was enough for Alex to not take the chance and get rid of the trait.

In fact it made him violently angry at himself for letting down his guard in this forest despite not knowing what was here. After spending a few minutes regenerating from the heavy bruising he got from the explosion Alex could only appreciate the rare ranked trait he had gotten from the beetle. Even if his own version was way weaker than the beetles at level one so long as he increased that he could become a severe nuisance for other monsters. Take nergigante for example that with this trait could only helplessly suffer constant explosions to the face as Alex just sprayed it with the poison and ran away.

Eventually the healing trait has to level up
'It wasn't glaring at me it was targeting me!' Alex realized and deployed his new favorite technique , hidden mist approach. In an instant the kirin was startled as dense fog burst out of Alex obscuring it's vision of it's surroundings. What Alex didn't know was that this move had basically stopped any precision based action of the kirin including it's lightning movement since it needed line of sight to work. Meanwhile Alex was downing a couple of max potions to scab over the wound he just got before slowly stalking around the kirin that was being quite loud about it's discomfort.

Alex grew excited when he heard this as he had an idea of how this was possible thanks to his knowledge from earth. On earth it had been proven that every so often a mutation would occur in either people or animals that gave what many considered supernatural abilities. One of the more common abilities was telepathy to some degree and if Alex's theory was correct this jagras had a weak version of this ability that let it project it's own mind towards others but it was simply too stupid to realize the greatest benefit of it's ability.

Can he train to increase his torpor bar/fortitude (maybe it is a comstant training cause he is having the slightest of problems breathing the air on pandora
The other stats were here, just not shown, and in plain effect as an integral part of his body, all were based on the physical aspect and this resulted in him for one feeling this strong, and not being already dead of gas poisoning. This didn't mean he was imperceptible to the atmosphere of Pandora, he had an honorable and weak tingling sensation in his lungs.
