This story is definitely a surprise. A good one. The narrative is fluid and very pleasant, although I think Abigail is too perfect. It’s a slow burn for sure with hints of a sweet romance so far.

I think judge people by the way they look and name like “racist” is totally inappropriate. This word implies a crime and you are condemning a person based in a picture and a story told by others.

I didn’t like the story. The girl was adopted and locked in a mansion. When she became an adult the “father” married her with no explanation and controlled her life. As far as I can say this is sick.

It’s a Chinese book. There are two translators at least. They forgot to match the names! The first one is better than the second. The chapters with Claire and Asher are better translated .

I would love to see this story finished. Everything is good about this story, but it finishes abruptly. The hey stopped publishing the chapters are 100. I hope they can finish this cute romance
