A teenage boy wakes up in a room surrounded by gargantuan stone walls. Beside him, a dozen patients are covered with diaphanous blankets from head to toe, laying soundlessly on the soiled gurneys. People wearing long lab coats and gloves seem to work like robots day and night throughout the deserted hospital. It is a hospital without any doors or windows—a hospital without any exits.
