I mean, there's lore in there to uncover. But even if you don't read them everything will be cleared at the end. This one was especially important though.
I do agree with you. However, you missed my point. A fanfic author is cradled by the security of the original work. They don't need to invest time and think of the world or the characters. Making a lovable character and making the world seem alive is a daunting task which puts off most authors. Let's not even talk about story progression because that's a whole another can of worms. In comparison, a fanfic is far far easier to do. However, I wrote the rant considering the quality of writing I've been seeing in fanfictions lately. Even a monologue can be made so interesting that you at least think to yourself 'this person should make a novel'. Fanfics can't be compared to novels I any way. But the essence lies I the writing quality, which even most authors don't possess.
That's the point bro
I realize that. I do. This is a hobby for me as well. But a hobby for one can become something beautiful for everyone else. We all male imaginary scenarios in our minds and think of them as a story being told. Although most lack the ability to actually write that story out, authors have the liberty to do so. That's the reason I wrote this. Fanfictions can either have the best writing I've ever seen in fiction, or downright garbage. there's really no in between
Well, at least someone got the reference.
I might make one. No promises.
Charlotte. I typed it wrong.
