Feel like if he's analyzing something like example training chakra its better if he cross references his memories of the story, the book and his training to determine how to train or infer what should be safe and unsafe to do.

I like the story how its not just fighting but optimizing to get more resources cause even with talent you need resources to progress. A problem I had is thet even in ch28 im confused what are the stages of cultivation the diferences between them and talents. Also cause of the lack of in depth explanation between realms I dont know the leaders relative strength just that they cultivate use energy, needs to replenish energy with special food that costs alot or takes alot to produce.
