I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel. There was almost no romance, except for the extras, but this was great without it. This novel makes you think. You have to use your brains. If you don't grasp the concept in the previous paragraph, you'll probably not understand what's happening for a while. So, you have to pay attention to the storyline to figure it out, and doing so keeps you engaged in the novel. The author did a great job with the writing. The main characters and the side characters were wonderful. They complemented the story really well.
This novel is a pretty good read, and it's something that I would recommend to Others. There’s nothing overly dramatic about it. It’s a lot of fluff, so if you like fluff, this is good for you.
I read this over a year or two ago. I still haven’t read the extras yet, but it was a good read.
I am thrilled that I found this; it was an excellent read. I would certainly recommend this book, but read with an open mind and not based on real life.
I'm not too fond of the way the novel is written. It’s too drawn out and goes into every minute detail of the OP's daily life. E.g., “I woke up, I got out of bed, showered, I ate three lobsters for breakfast, I put my shoes on, I felt the room, I closed the door, I walked down the street.” After a while, the first-person narration gets super annoying. Not only that, but there is very little background story on the MC, and he’s not relatable at all. It's like he's OP, but there is no reason for him to be. There is no meaning behind him, OP, so it feels like anybody could be the MC. He doesn't stand out, aside from him being OP, that is. As the novel went on, I was expecting some more details on his power, and why he was chosen, and what really happened to his parents; so far, the author doesn't seem to think it's necessary. Oh well.
This novel is too wordy/descriptive. Pick and choose what to be descriptive about.
Agreed.
The Writing Is lacking; I hope it picks up…
Great read. I do recommend this book. The only downside is the coins needed to unlock each chapter; I know that the book is excellent and fun to read, but paying 10 coins per chapter is a little bit too high for me, but I still enjoy reading it.
