Sorry, but it's fine with me that you take your time with love interests since I've seen several fanfics where you rush relationships and they end up being hollow and a little pointless. Obviously the context comes as they have known each other for a long time but we haven't seen many interactions between them and, in my opinion, it would be better if their relationship and the story itself were developed more before they started dating.
