not a fan of romance, especially a baggage and whiney partner. will be trying this once cuz i love the premise but eh, i hope the author hears me.

currently at chapter 2900+ quality wise, its a little low, i wont expound because i cant deny that i enjoyed the story its just that somethings just really annoys me. for one the gender proportion of his subordinates and the general "screentime" of male characters are just too little. also, it seemed to me that he can forgive and becomes more understanding towards female characters than male ones. most of his immediate subordinates are 99% females. im not sexist but im no fan of romance and harem either and having disproportionate amount of either gender is the reason why cuz it tilts the story either being too colorful and too dry. also he repeats contents, repeats the details of the fey skills every time theres an upgrade. i mean its fine to me if he does it sometimes cuz i ten to forget them but all the time?? its overloading. i also agree with what others are saying that author establishes rules then breaks it the next few chapters and most of the time, the reasoning he gives is very shallow and makes the rules he established beforehand inconsequential. there are many more, like the wold building and power levels, especially at later chapters, it would become very confusing because he doesn't have a definite power system and breakthroughs, only major levels. so when he makes comparison between two characters that is within the same realm but with one obviously stronger than the other, then he then compares the stronger one to another character and more and more, it gets confusing.

im so far beyond this story that i dont even know why. im already reaching 300+ and his harem is almost reaching beyond 10. all girls seem to want him. all women who want his help to improve seem to always need to be in a relationship with him. all the characters in his immediate environment are girls. plots are forced for him to have romance. every interaction with a woman would have lines like "her breath" "her smell" and bla bla bla, it has become annoying because its repetitive. it has many contradictions, one chapter a girl is not too close to a girl that is under a sad circumstances. then in next chapter, this girl is suddenly concerned to that girl because they know each other, although not well enough to guarantee help, but then again, its a girl thag needs help and mc's girl is asking him to help that girl. next few chaps, suddenly they became bestfrieds??? also, it is very china-centric. it has all the things you dont want to read if you want your brain to still be functional. but yeah, i guess i have some issues cause i held onto it despite the many instances of urges to just delete this from my bookmarks.

did you even read? he cant upgrade those without functionality, meaning he cant upgrade raw resources. thats why he keeps upgrading weapons and equipments to disasbsemblethem

the armies of the 2 kingdoms cant even clear the forest. how can they find his location ?

i mean they had a mercenary group with only tier 1 members. that looks to me like this is their average strength.

he still needs to. cuz every upgrade means less object that can be upgraded cuz he cant upgrade on thing that have already been upgraded
