He was no longer on Earth, rather he found himself in a large dungeon and once he finally escaped, he was also still not on Earth, nor was he in his original body.

These people became known as hunters, and they helped to keep the gates stable, while also improving the world with the materials they brought back from gates, not without being paid for it though. 47 years later in the year 2022, a 16 year old boy named Lugis was forced to work as a porter in an attempt to make money to pay for his fathers treatment for a rare illness caused by a scorpion-like monster's poison which has caused him to be in a coma. However, while working for a high ranking guild as a porter in a low level gate, an accident occurred which would change his life forever.

Lux, just an average guy living a normal life who wants something to happen just like everyone else. Until it actually does. Leonidas Aeolus had a normal life until his fifth birthday when his parents were revealed to be not who he thought they were. He was taken to a facility deep under the ocean. They could only obtain one skill, but it could evolve with the materials gained from the mutated zombies and monsters to become even stronger. These materials also strengthened the body of the consumer along with evolving skills and were sought after by all. How will Leonidas survive in a world that he is completely unfamiliar with, and his past experiences as Patient 0 of a secret operation always in the back of his mind?
