How about a contradiction? Usually she doesn't really care about her 'kids' but lets make her care about this one. Make her child stronger than her to also ensure that she kept an interest in the child. A psychotic mother is always fun to watch. Especially when her child finally grows into an adult. Bu then again, Tear might lose her charm at that point. Who knows , right?

You can hide the veins but you can't actually hide the marble white skin. You can say she is a Faunus but we don't actually have proof that any Faunus has been born with albinism, so I'm trying to stay true to some kind of logic.

Sorry about that. Rather than scary, you can say her face is more eerie. Just like the first time Salem was revealed, people don't actually feel scared but they do feel some kind eeriness. That is what I'm trying to describe here.

She is Salem's daughter. She is her own person just like normal parents and children. She was supposed to be a part of Salem's soul but Gaia just straight up put a new albeit old soul into Salem's womb. You have to remember that she is a reincarnated person after all
