affinity may not be species, could be elemental affinity or role (i.e. offensive, defensive, support)

im pretty sure evolution point are used yo bring to the peak stars of current rank, or if at peak to the beginning of the next rank. so it will always skip 2 stars and if later ranks end up having 5 stars for example I think it will stink skip from 1 star to 5 star

he should still have 1 point he put 2 into con and since it went from 1.9 to 4.9 he must have added 3 to agi

if he can distribute by decimal id say get all physical stats to 2 and int to 6 and round it out using the last .2 to a physical stat then hold onto the remaining 4 in reserve. if he finds something that has high defense later dump into str, if he is being chased by something he can't beat dump into agi, get poisoned or another status dump into con, if he gets a magic attack he could put some more into int to boost it. regardless reserving some would be beneficial
