I remember doing research on this matter before writing this story. From the countless hours and different reddits, I've concluded that Hollows are most likely incapable or don't care for human flesh. Even Arrancar have been known to just go after the soul instead of devouring the whole person. Due to this, I decided to keep it like this in the story.
