Being reincarnated as Riser is such an overused plot idea. While there's still room to make the story work if that was the only issue, but now you've added the overused trope of bashing the ORC, which is even less promising. The main character is a 13-year-old boy who is being a Casanova, and going around has sex with with girls. This story is basically just self fulfilling power fantasy.

I hope that Issei becomes stronger than in canon and is able to win some of the fights against the MC. I also hope that he doesn't have a miserable end like in stories where Issei doesn't get along well with the MC. Instead, I wish he would become a tough rival that cannot be truly defeated.

To be fair, it's not the worst fanfic out there, but reincarnating as Riser is overused. Additionally, the idea that a person who has just reincarnated suddenly gains powerful abilities and fighting skills that only Phoenix ancestors possess without reason feels too forced.

So the MC has managed to unlock a broken skill like 'Absolute Hypnosis' that will ruin the story for good? The gamer system itself is already bad enough, and the story won't be interesting for long before it loses its charm.
